Great service by friendly, knowledgeable staff. We bought for our child a DXP junior 3-piece drum kit and the transaction was quick, smooth and informative. Clearly, this is for a child that's beginning to learn a musical instrument and we weren't pushed into buying instruments, sets/kits outside of what's needed for the time being. Prices are quite reasonable, and they do price match. Highly recommended for all musical levels.

Everytime I go in here the older lady with black hair seems to be so miserable and unhappy, always giving out to her staff and being awful to deal with, no wonder their staff turnover is so high. Update It looks like you’re very insecure about your business Geoff, is that why you’ve been deleting reviews? (This is my second review because you removed the first). As for your “loyal staff”, yes you may have somehow managed to keep a few people for a number of years, but a considerable amount of your ex staff all work in respectable music shops throughout Sydney and have nothing but horrible things to say about you and how you treat your staff. As for this “bullying” I have done, you may need to go back to school and learn what bullying is. By definition “bullying happens multiple times”. I’m rather trying to tell your customers to avoid a business where the owners bully the staff. im leaving this review with the hope that your customers go and support music business where the staff are treated properly and not “bullied”. Mall Music has a great range of musical instruments and accessories in a big shop that's ideal for browsing and trying out the different options before you buy. I wanted some advice on acoustic guitar strings and found the staff to be attentive and knowledgeable. The only problem was trying to decide between the two high quality brands of strings they suggested! (I'll try the other brand next time...). It was well worth the long drive across Sydney to be able to get such helpful advice and see all the available choices. Highly recommended.
